From the creators of X3 Mag comes The B-Side Challenge Contest! Back in the day when cassette tapes, 45s & 78s ruled ,The The terms A-side and B-side had a specific purpose. The A-Side consisted of singles the label heads were pushing the hardest and considered the biggest hits. But the B-Side usually consisted of tracks that might of been less mainstream but the artist really wanted them to be heard. Some of the greatest hits were B-side records that were created to fill space but became huge. For us, The B-side Challenge Contest will be a great opportunity for upcoming talent! The A-side signifies the mainstream which gets the most attention which oft times is negative. The B-side in this challenge signifies positive conscious energy that most times doesn't get attention.
