♫Nicole-Asia♫ (@Nicole_Asia) - Green Eyez ft. 51/50

Singer/Songwriter/Dancer Determined to be the alternative voice to R&B, this multi-cultural singer is certain to impress you with her impressive vocals.Nicole-Asia, a native of California, started out dancing in high school talent shows. Dance was her main passion until someone heard her singing to a Mariah Carey song. She was told she could sing well, and that she should give singing a try. Nicole-Asia is always ready to try something new. Whatever she wanted to learn she pursued it with fervor. She even taught herself how to play the piano, which she uses in her music today. Relying on the vocal lessons her father taught her, she formed an all-female group, with her sister and best-friend. They called themselves "Flawless." Soon the pressures of singing and attending high school broke up the group. Not to be discouraged, Nicole-Asia waited until after graduating from high school to try again. She formed another all-girl group, with her sister and another friend. They called themselves "D'Zyere." Once again, history repeated itself and the group disbanded in 2007. This fueled Nicole-Asia's burning desire to succeed as a vocalist. She started performing live with her brother, 5150, as a solo artist at various clubs throughout San Diego, California. Nicole-Asia knew the only way to succeed is to start over. She moved to Phoenix, Arizona, to pursue a career in music, where she was introduced to S-Rut, CEO and owner of Ruttown Records. Impressed with her unique style and sound, he encouraged Nicole-Asia to tap into her true vocal range and broaden her sound. She is currently in the studio writing lyrics and recording her debut CD on the Ruttown Record label. It will be an eclectic mix of R&B, jazz, and alternative. Nicole-Asia's love for all music will certainly shine through, to create a sound she can claim as her own.]
